Organisation at Faculty of Natural Sciences

At NAT the data management effort is anchored under the Vice-Dean for Research

Support Centre

The NAT Data Management Support Center is the point of contact for researchers at NAT for questions and guidance related to data management.

In collaboration with AU Open Science and AU Library, the Support Center coordinates and conducts courses and workshops on data management for NAT researchers, as needed.

Data Management forum

The NAT Data Management Forum is an informal gathering of individuals from NAT's departments and centers with expertise or interest in data management. Everyone is welcome, and we strongly encourage representation from all departments.

The purpose of the forum is to:

  • Share experiences and advice.
  • Identify the needs of individual research groups.
  • Help define common best practices.
  • Assist in identifying missing tools or services.
  • Provide feedback to the Support Center and FISU.

Meetings are held a few times a year. If you would like to participate, simply contact the Support Center.
