Video greeting: Time for feedback on the new faculty strategy
Dean Kristian Pedersen sends a video greeting to the staff. He encourages all faculty staff to contribute with feedback on the new faculty strategy in order to make it ambitious and relevant.

Dear staff
The new faculty strategy has now been submitted for consultation. We received a large number of relevant and excellent ideas and proposals throughout the strategy process. I would like to thank all of you for your input.
I am now looking forward to receiving your feedback. The deadline for submitting your consultation response is 12 March.
However, coronavirus is still affecting everyday life in a myriad of ways. It is undeniably a challenge for all of us. Therefore, we have also asked that all departments carry out a mini workplace assessment to identify areas where help each other.
I hope that the spring will bring with it brighter times, in more ways than one. And I so look forward to seeing all of you again back on campus.
