Doors locked at Denmarks biggest Friday bar
On Friday 9 September 2022, the shell of a number of buildings will be locked. An employee card is required to enter. See which buildings are concerned here.
Dear All,
In connection with Denmark's largest Friday bar in Universitetsparken on Friday 9 September 2022, the shell of the following buildings will be locked:
1120-1122 – locked all day, employee access can be used
1130-1135 (Biokæden) – locked all day, employee access can be used
1170 - 1172 – locked from 12:00, after which employee access can be used
1220-1223 (Biohuset) – locked all day, employee access can be used
1510-1515 (Chemistry) – locked from 14:15, after which employee access can be used
1520-1550 (Physics, Mathematics, Biology) – locked from 14:15, after which employee access can be used
In addition to closing students' access, there will be guards at the above-mentioned buildings between 12:00 and 02:00. Employees will still have access to the buildings via their access card.
ALL festive activity in the buildings will be stopped by the guards, whether students or staff (this also applies to a Friday beer).
If you have an event in your buildings that has already been planned, you must contact Maria Svenstrup Harder msh@au.dk as soon as possible. Events/activities that are not registered will be stopped by the guards without notice.
