Diversity, gender equality and inclusion in research communities: How universities can work towards a more inclusive culture
The conference is open to all employees and managers. AU’s CircleU partner universities will also participate.
The aim of the conference is to get inspiration to make inclusive, professional environments. The morning session takes place in the AU Main Hall (Aulaen) with keynotes and debate. After lunch there will be parallel sessions for the faculties and administration.
The topic for NAT’s afternoon session from 13.00-14.30 o’clock is: Inclusive workplace culture for international employees – there will be 3 presentations by IS IT A BIRD, AU International Staff Office and a postdoc from a NAT department followed by discussions in plenary.
