Video greeting: Invitation to dialogue about the faculty's strategy
With this video greeting, Dean Kristian Pedersen kicks off the autumn's strategy process at the faculty. The aim of the strategy is to set a general course for where the faculty wants to go in the coming decade; a common direction. Kristian Pedersen encourages all faculty staff to participate in the dialogue.

Dear staff
We’re about to start the strategy process at Nat. We’ll be talking about our identity, our DNA, where we want to go over the next ten years, and how we’re going to get there.
I’d like to invite you to share your thoughts and visions so that we can get the very best foundation to shape our common strategy and our shared future.
In the near future, I’ll finally get around the departments for joint meetings with you. I hope that you’ll accept this invitation and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
