The purpose of the parental network is to create a forum where researchers can exchange experience in relation to being a parent in Aarhus and being a researcher on leave/returning to academia.

For the kickoff event, members of NAT’s committee for diversity and gender equality and the Dean’s Office of NAT will be present. You are more than welcome to bring your child(ren) and/or partner.

Since your child(ren) are welcome as well, we are not going to have a set agenda for the first meeting but, depending on the number of participants we will seek to identify relevant topics and meeting forms for the network. However, it is important for us, that members of the network can attend with their children if they want.
